The Structure of Labour in the Socio-economic Conditions of Contemporary Poland
Abstract
The just system of labour should recognize the priority of labour over capital, and should also refer to the two basic principles of social life: auxiliarity and solidarity. The long-term reign of the communist regime has led to both the destruction of capital and ethics of labour. Such being the socio-economic situation it is indispensable to take, among other things, the following initiatives within the labour market: to boost professional qualifications, to diversify workers to new jobs, to have a pro-family policy of payment, to make economy more modern, and to establish socio-economic self-governments.
