Injustice arising from Remissmess (lack of help the people have the right; claiming — the function of Church)
Abstract
Article has six parts:
I. Preliminary definitions of the three types of the remissnesses, which generate injustice in social life.
II. Development of social doctrine of the Church in this aspect.
III. The history of Church claiming in Poland on justice, from XVIII till XX century.
IV. Two kinds of effects arising from remissness of fight for justice: injust social structures in the case of the lack of social control, and injust social cases in social life, where social control exists.
V. The types Of social injustices. There can be injustice in economic, social, cultural, religious and political life in the relation to persons, families, other social groups — national, religious groups, regional people, and even in the relation of the one country to Another.
VI. Argumentation used by Brazilian episcopate and the polish primate on early seventy's is based on the Bible.
