Społeczna odpowiedzialność przedsiębiorstw: rozwój idei, korzyści finansowe i reakcje konsumentów
Abstrakt
The issue of corporate social responsibility becomes more and more popular among entrepreneurs and theorists. This issue is developed in the course of time and draws on to many similar theories. In the present paper, aside to the contemporary approach to corporate social responsibility, two areas of research have been shown. The first one deals with the influence of social responsibility on financial results. The second one addresses the issue of consumers' behaviours on the pro-social activities of enterprises.
