Abstract

The Prologue of Paraphrase of St John's Gospel (1, 1-45) by Nonnos of Panopolis (5th century) in Homeric hexameters corresponding to the Prologue of St John's Gospel (1, 1-14) has been translated from Greek to Polish by Rev. Henryk Wójtowicz.
