Analiza strukturalna procesów dekonwersji w okresie dojrzewania – konstrukcja Skali Dekonwersji Adolescentów

Abstract

Obecność przemian duchowych i religijnych w trakcie adolescencji ma silne uzasadnienie w dotychczasowej teorii i badaniach. W niniejszym artykule zaproponowano zastosowanie podejścia opartego na dekonwersji do badania religijnego kryzysu dojrzewania. Streib opracował koncepcję dekonwersji w kontekście rosnącego zainteresowania ateizmem i apostazją. W proponowanym ujęciu procesy dekonwersyjne to wszystkie zmiany w osobistej religijności, które zawierają odejście od aktualnych sposobów doświadczania i przejawiania religijności. Odwołując się do koncepcji Streiba, na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych na 323 osobach, skonstruowano Skalę Dekonwersji Adolescentów. Analizy wykazały istnienie czterech wymiarów, które zinterpretowano jako: (1) Odchodzenie od wiary, (2) Odchodzenie od wspólnoty religijnej, (3) Doświadczanie pustki transcendentalnej oraz (4) Krytycyzm moralny. Oszacowano rzetelność i trafność nowej metody, które okazały się zadowalające.
