Abstrakt

The paper discusses typical stages in the development of a team, especially the specific character of making a project team. These considerations are preceded by an explanation how necessary group work is, together with a definition of the differences between a group and a team. Then four stages of the making of a team have been characterised, with particular emphasis on their characteristic traits, including hints for the preferred behaviour of the head in particular stages.
