Abstrakt

The attitude of responsible parenthood requires to take appriopriate preparations not only before a child is born, but also before its conception. The research findings concerning Fiancees and Pregnant Fiancees (F, PF) who prepare themselves for marriage in the Catholic Counselling on Family Life, and particularly lack of any talks with the would-be husbands about the number of children (23%), admitting permissibility of abortion (40% − F, 30% − PF) as well as less possitive significance of the concepts connected with motherhood in PF in relation with F are an indication to take up new encouragement which makes it possible for young people to assume parental roles.
