M. L. Hoffmana koncepcja rozwoju motywacji altruistycznej

Abstrakt

The paper presents M.L. Hoffman’s compilatory theory of altruistic motivation development. It is partly connected with a group of cognitive theories and partly with social education theories. M.L. Hoffman’s conception shows psychological mechanisms in the development of altruistic motivation and underlines the dynamic side in altruistic behaviour. His theory is rich in educational conclusions.
