Personalizm społeczno-etyczny jako adekwatna teoria prywatności

Abstrakt

The actuality of the problems of privacy has caused many publications on the problem of privacy to be published in the last years. It is stressed in them the formulation of privacy either according to the spirit too individualistic or according to the spirit too collectivistic and totalitarian. It seems, however, that the correct explanation of privacy can be given only within the theory which defines properly the mutual relation of man as individual to other individual and to society. The social and ethical personalism is the theory in question. This theory theoretically justified the given us experimentally privacy as the ethical fact, why man has the right to privacy. The right to privacy doesn’t quarrel here with other rights which belong to man but it is consequent on them and confirms them.
