Pięciowymiarowy Kwestionariusz Uważności: polska adaptacja

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest walidacja polskiej adaptacji Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ – Baer, Smith, Hopkins, Krietemeyer i Toney, 2006), który służy do pomiaru uważności. W części teoretycznej przedstawiono model uważności, w którym podstawową rolę zdaje się odgrywać pięć czynników (świadoma obecność, niereaktywność, nieosądzanie, obserwacja i opisywanie), oraz historię powstania FFMQ. Następnie dokonano adaptacji FFMQ na język polski (podwójna translacja i wstępna walidacja) i poddano to narzędzie procedurze walidacyjnej (analiza rzetelności, konfirmacyjna analiza czynnikowa, analiza korelacji z innymi testami mierzącymi różne aspekty psychologiczne: neurotyzm, stabilność emocjonalna, poziom ruminacji, otwartość na doświadczenie, ekstrawersja i refleksyjność). W badaniach brało udział 200 uczniów w wieku od 15 do 19 lat oraz 600 dorosłych w wieku od 20 do 50 lat. Uzyskane rezultaty potwierdziły rzetelność testu (α Cronbacha = 0,73-0,86), oprócz skali Niereaktywność (α = 0,65-0,66), oraz trafność stosowania u osób z populacji nieklinicznej w wieku od 15 do 50 lat, jak i założeń teoretycznych uważności (model 4-czynnikowy nieskorelowany bez skali Obserwacja). Wskazana jest dalsza walidacja na próbkach klinicznych oraz z kontrolowanym poziomem doświadczenia w medytacji.
