Zbiór prymasa Jana Wężyka z 1628 roku na tle kodyfikacji kościelnego prawa polskiego

Abstrakt

The paper seeks to show the collection of Primate Jan Wężyk of 1628 against the background of the codification of the Polish church law. The author divided his study into two parts. In the first one he discussed eight collections of particular law in Poland. In the second one he showed the work Primate Jan Wężyk against the Polish compilations of particular law. Summing up his study, the author shows some links between the collection of Archbishop Jan Wężyk of 1628 with the remaining codification of the pre-partition period.
