Abstrakt

The paper discusses the issue of allowing the faithful to receive the Holy Communion subject to the norm Can. 915 CIC. We mean here those who are obstinate in their open mortal sin and arc burdened by the excommunication or interdict after the punishment had been meted out or declared. The paper discusses, among other things, the problem of permitting the persons living in the so-called unio irregularis to receive the Holy Communion, and the faithful belonging to masonry and communist parties.
