Some New Tendencies in Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of Nature
Abstract
This is a systematic study of some issues within philosophy of science and philosophy of nature. We are especially concerned with some new tendencies present in these philosophical disciplines. In terms of constructive theory of science there are three different turns in them, which are called: linguistic, pragmatic and practicist. In the present paper all of them are in some degree discussed and its content is into three parts divided. The main points are posed in the third part of our article, which is entitled: discussions concerning different new approaches to the philosophy of nature. The dominant thesis of this part claims, that the practical philosophy of nature is the applied i.e. environmental ethics. Such an approach to the philosophy of nature which is but practical and not theoretical has been caused by the global environmental crisis.
