Organizational, Marketing and Market Conditions of Companies’ Innovative Activity
Abstract
For an enterprise, innovation is key to creating a competitive advantage and a superior customer value. Nowadays innovation markets are developed where firms collaborate among themselves and with partners during the accomplishment of innovation processes in the network. Development and application of innovations require highly competitive markets with their customers, a supportive innovative environment, flexible organizational structures as networks, and skilled human resources. Customers play an active role in innovative activity of companies and are capable of identifying novel ideas for development and application of them. The objective of this work is to explore the organizational, marketing and market conditions of innovative activity of companies. Questionnaire research on this subject was conducted in Lubelskie region in 2009. Summary results of these research are described in this work.
