The Present Activity of the Polish Catholic Mission in France (1986)

Abstract
Based upon the questionnaire polled by the Catholic Mission in France in 1983/84 the author presents numerical data, activity and problems of the Mission. There are 69 agencies of Polish pastoral care, a Mass is being said every Sunday in Polish 118 localities, and in 182 it is being said periodically. The amount of religious practices of the people of Polish origin is 26% on the average. The lowest percent of practices has been noticed in the north of France (17%). The author points to the fact that, however, Polonia in France is entirely integrated with the French society, in the respect of religion they still tend to keep their individual character.
