Intellectual Capital Theory Genesis
Abstract
The retrospectiwe of human capital conception is observed. The points of view of different scientists on human capital categorie are analised. The analises of wellknown polish, american and european scientists understandings is done.
The illustration of influanse of the human education level on his profit in work is provided. This dependents is presented on the his example of USA.
