Abstract

The article is divided into four parts and deals with Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 of 20 March 1952. The first part presents the origin of the protocol amendment, and the second one provides an overview of the structure of the amendment no. 1. The third part explains the notion of ownership and the objective scope of the discussed article. In the fourth part, conditions for the protection of one's property are discussed.
