Abstract

The creation of the Natura 2000 network of protected areas in Poland results in the necessity of establishing plans of protection objectives and plans of protection for them as basic instruments serving the ways of administering these areas. Both the procedure of establishing them and the legal consequences of their binding force concern the owners and the holders of the lands and influence the form of farming, forestry and fishing. The basic instrument making it possible to efficiently carry out those plans is their broad socialization that assumes the shape of cooperative actual actions that requires defining the minimum terms of both their efficiency and congruity with the law.
