Abstract

Human rights should be considered in terms of their basis, content and protection. They are based on the dignity of human being. The content which results from the former comprises three generations of human rights, i.e. liberty rights, social, cultural and economic rights, and solidarity rights. They are innate and pertain to every human being. The third element is protection, which is realized both by legal and non-legal means.
