Human Rights vs. The Protection of Marriage and Family in Relation to Canon and Secular Law

Abstract
The article analyses the protection of marriage and family in terms of human rights in relation to canon and secular law. It can be concluded that relevant regulations in both orders principally coincide, and any differences that arise are the result of the normative nature of these orders.
