The Notion and Scope of Public Administration. Exemplified by State Fiscal Administration

Abstract

The reform of public administration is a matter of great importance for administration policy, science of administration, and for administrative law. Changes occurring in public administration are under the scrutiny of the science of administration. Changes affecting the systemic position and organisational structure of fiscal services constitute an element of the body of public administration reforms occurring in Poland. One such a change is the establishment of State Fiscal Administration.
