Reliability of a Legally Established Order in the Judicial Decisions of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal
Abstract
In the present article an analysis and interpretation has been made of the judicial decisions of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in order to examine the way the concept of reliability of a legally established order is understood by that court of justice. The examination has been conducted from the point of view of the needs of an individual and his sense of security. A classification of particular rules has been made by means of the criteria of demands that come from the individual who wishes to feel safe under the rule of law. These conditions for security include a positive character, practicability and stability of the law.
