Viewing as e Method of Finding out a Murderer
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to point out that viewing is an essential procedure both in an attempt to get the evidence from the position and state of things and in using the evidence in the course of a penal lawsuit as well as in the court's sentence.
Besides, the article emphasizes advantages of using analogies when extensive and well-selected casuistry is available.
