Insolvency of a Non-Public High School
Abstract
This article is focused on problem of legal status of a non-public high school. Especially Author tries to give an answer on question if this kind of school leading commercial activity and could a subject of insolvency proceedings. The main question is how to protect rights of students and creditors of non-public high school when it is in financial trouble. Author's proposal is statement that non-public high school leading special commercial activity, got legal ability being a subject of bankruptcy procedure. That is why Author suggests Polish Act on bankruptcy and rehabilitation of 2003 should be changed in this scope.
