Criteria by Which to for the Violation of Personal Goods (Art. 448 PC)
Abstract
The paper presents the discussion as regards the criteria by which to settle the amount of financial satisfaction for the violation of personal goods. According to art. 448 PC, satisfaction may be given without any limitations to the physical person whose personal goods have been violated. The hitherto practice shows that courts ruled small amounts by virtue of satisfaction. The paper disagrees with this position.
