Access to Information – A Legal Issue
Abstract
The authors took up the task of discussing and analysing the important and current question, which appeared at the moment the law of access to public information was endorsed on 6th September 2001.
The considerations sought in the first place to characterise the right of access to public information. An important place is also occupied by the question of the sources of the right to access to information and their mutual relation. The authors also address an interesting and difficult issue of legal means in the case the right to information is violated.
