The Settlement of Accounts of Concubinage - A Review of Judicature and Attitudes of the Doctrine in the Aspect of Building on Somebody Else’s Ground
Abstract
This article is focused on problem of legal status of a man and women living in permanent cohabitation like spouses. The main question is how to protect rights of both side of concubinage and their creditors. Author` s proposal is to regulate these problems in marriage law. The relationship of a man and women who cohabit without the benefit of marriage can not be dangerous for themselves and their creditors.
