Justification for the Right of Peoples to Self-determination

Abstract
The paper seeks to show the questions of justification for the right of peoples to self--determination. These problems have been discussed from the viewpoint of the theory and the philosophy of law. From this point of view human being is important as well as state. Therefore they are major actors of the rights and duties in international law.
