Law and the Change of the State's System

Abstract

The present legal regulations often do not conform to the demands which the norms of a democratic legal state is supposed to meet. It seems that the most appropriate proposal is to cleanse the legal system from those regulations which in a drastic manner diverge from the norms of a democratic legal state. They are certainly unjust since they infringe upon national sovereignty and the natural rights of an individual.

Now law should once again be based natural law and patterned on the Roman law. Cleansing of law should be carried out at the uppermost level of the state authorities and not only through particular judges.
